Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Rocking Zebra. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.

  • Manage and execute paid social media campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimize results.

  • Oversee website updates, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving conversions through targeted content and design.

  • Plan and schedule social media content, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future strategy.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution, enhance customer engagement, and promote B2B services.

  • Work closely with our design team to create compelling visual assets for social media, email, and PPC campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

  • Analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive business outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, contributing to the long-term success of our marketing strategy and driving innovation within the team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation, brand awareness, and social media.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot, and experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
