Rocking Zebra is Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Rocking Zebra. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
  • Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns: Oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, working closely with internal teams and agencies to achieve optimal results.
  • Website Management and User Experience: Manage website updates using our Content Management System (CMS) and work on improving user experience and website projects to enhance our online presence.
  • Social Media Content Planning: Plan and schedule social media content, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum impact.
  • Marketing Automation and Analytics: Utilize marketing automation tools to drive campaign success and promote our B2B services, while analyzing digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to optimize results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our internal design team to create engaging assets for social media, emails, and PPC campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B setting, with a strong understanding of content writing, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tools and Qualifications: Experience using website CMS, social media management tools, and analytics platforms, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable), and knowledge of marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and Adobe (desirable).
