About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to lead and support our work with individuals diagnosed with Severe and Complex Personality Disorder.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in therapeutic communities, psychotherapy, and clinical leadership. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to assess and manage complex risk presentations, provide clinical supervision, and contribute to programmes of audit and research.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months on 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
