Job Title: Business Development Manager - Apprenticeships

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager for our apprenticeships division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across a wide range of industries, identifying training needs, and tailoring bespoke solutions to meet their requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with employers to identify training needs and promote apprenticeship programmes.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, increasing market share across key sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored training solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the education or training sector.
* Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets.
