Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for Clinical Support Workers within our busy ED department. The ED at Warwick Hospital has a yearly attendance of over 100,000 patients, offering diverse clinical experiences, including paediatrics.
The successful applicant will be passionate about patient care, with a desire to develop within an emergency setting. We seek dynamic support workers who can enhance both clinical skills and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will provide high-quality, compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction of registered professionals. As a Clinical Support Worker, you contribute significantly to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
Your role involves supporting registered professionals in ensuring Trust standards are maintained, monitored, and improved. You will ensure records and documentation meet Trust standards, adhere to the Data Protection Act, and report accidents or incidents as per policy and procedures.
Requirements- Able to work to agreed competency levels
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal)
- Competent IT skills
- Able to present information accurately, clearly, and logically
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to write accurately and legibly
Salary: £25,919 - £31,383 per annum
