About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to agreed standards, ensuring high-quality food is delivered to our guests.
  • Assist the Kitchen Managers with the supervision and coaching of Kitchen Assistants, maintaining a smooth-running kitchen environment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area is maintained to a high standard, adhering to company and legal requirements.
  • Support the Kitchen Managers with menu implementation, production, and standards as required.
  • Attend company training sessions as necessary for legal purposes, personal development, or menu development.
  • Comply with food safety guidelines and practices as detailed in the Food Safety Manual.
Requirements
  • Naturally helpful and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably as a Kitchen Assistant.
