We are seeking a proactive Housing Officer (Lettings) to join our housing hub team in West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing lettings and tenancy-related matters, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for new tenants and supporting our housing managers in providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee lettings processes from start to finish, ensuring compliance with housing policies and procedures.
- Manage tenancy agreements, including drafting and reviewing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support tenants with queries and ensure a smooth move-in process, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Experience in a similar lettings or housing role, with a strong understanding of housing policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full on-site position, with the ability to travel around the borough as required.
