The Role:


This Support Worker position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing individualized support and care to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and participation in community activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Benefits:


In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum, as well as a generous mileage allowance of 45p per mile. You will also receive free DBS enrolment, career progression opportunities, and access to our employee perks program.
