Workforce Co-ordinator Job Description
At Priory Group, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support services. As a Workforce Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital, managing staff rosters, and maintaining a seamless service.
About the Role
- Liaise with Ward Managers to plan staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Manage temporary agency staff and bank workers to fill vacancies
- Support Ward Managers in achieving their responsibilities and accountabilities
- Work a set shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all wards
- Managing staff rosters to meet staffing levels and meet ward requirements
- Coordinating temporary agency staff and bank workers to fill vacancies
- Supporting Ward Managers in achieving their responsibilities and accountabilities
