Workforce Co-ordinator Job Description

At Priory Group, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support services. As a Workforce Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital, managing staff rosters, and maintaining a seamless service.

About the Role

  • Liaise with Ward Managers to plan staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Manage temporary agency staff and bank workers to fill vacancies
  • Support Ward Managers in achieving their responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Work a set shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all wards
  • Managing staff rosters to meet staffing levels and meet ward requirements
  • Coordinating temporary agency staff and bank workers to fill vacancies
  • Supporting Ward Managers in achieving their responsibilities and accountabilities
