About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our team at Pilgrim Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our busy Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
  • Assess and manage patients with a range of acute and emergency conditions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification
  • Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Degree
  • Managing attendance Training
  • Recruitment and Selection Training
