Job Title: Accident and Emergency Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our busy unit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse to take on a leadership role in our emergency department. You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and support the delivery of our trust's vision.

As a senior nurse in our emergency department, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients, managing staff, and contributing to the development of our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of patients, from those with minor injuries to those with complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Coordinate the care of patients, including managing staff and resources
  • Contribute to the development of our team, including mentoring and supporting junior staff
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our trust's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1
  • Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Degree
  • Managing attendance Training
  • Recruitment and Selection Training
