About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our busy Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification
  • Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Experience of working in an acute environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safe working practices and team morale
