About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our busy Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification
  • Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Experience of working in an acute environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
