Marketing Director for Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to drive business growth and retention through strategic marketing activities. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing SaaS business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing brand marketing with lead generation, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy.
- Brand Leadership: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage audiences and drive measurable growth.
- Creative Freedom: Design and execute high-impact events that resonate with your target audience.
- Analytical Edge: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform future planning and ensure demonstrable ROI.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including skills in PR, CRM, social media, and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in marketing to and within the Hospitality or retail sectors is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of success in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
