Job Overview

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Child Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team. This role will involve working with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance in achieving improved wellbeing outcomes.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working with young people with mental health problems. A relevant qualification, such as a degree or equivalent experience, is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience delivering services in a community setting and using a range of therapeutic approaches.

In this role, you will work closely with local stakeholders, including children, young people, and carers, to map and develop close working relationships with local services. This will enable an integrated community response to meet the wellbeing needs of children, young people, and families.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
