Job Opportunity: Freelance Interpreter Translator

We are recruiting freelance interpreter translators to join our team at Language Empire. As a freelance interpreter translator, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across the UK, providing high-quality interpretation and translation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret for clients in various settings, including healthcare, law, and government
  • Translate documents and texts from source languages to English
  • Work independently as a self-employed interpreter translator
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and another language
  • Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or equivalent
  • Professional membership with CIOL, ITI, or NRPSI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time
