Strategic Business Growth Specialist

As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist at Recruited UK, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your sales experience and leadership skills to drive growth and maximize revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth, targeting educational institutions, training providers, government agencies, and employers.
- Network and build a client base to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing your expertise in sales administration and management.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly within the learning and development sectors, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in sales management software and willing to adapt to new CRM systems.
