Collection and Network Driver Role

At Royal Mail, we're reinventing the future of delivery. As a Collections and Network Driver, you'll be part of a team that brings trust to doorsteps, giving outstanding service and making our customers' days a little brighter.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to our customers
  • Checking post-boxes and visiting post offices
  • Visiting business customers at prearranged times
  • Sorting mailbags and ensuring each piece reaches its destination on time

You'll be an upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual who thinks of themselves as a people-person. You'll be happy to walk for long periods and work in any weather. You'll take pride in your work and have a strong sense of community.

We offer market-leading pay and benefits, including:

  • Pay monthly, hourly rate of £12.54p/hr
  • Overtime at 1.25x the normal hourly rate
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)
