About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at the Wakefield Delivery Office. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in the Wakefield area
  • Collect mail and parcels from post offices and businesses
  • Sort and process mail and parcels at our processing centres
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use our systems
