Job Title: Accommodation & Lettings Officer - Housing

Sanctuary Group is a leading social landlord, providing around 70,000 homes across England. We offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accommodation & Lettings Officer - Housing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative systems to support the delivery of accurate and up-to-date waiting lists.
  • Provide a range of housing options to customers, advising on our allocations policy in accordance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Administer the key management process for terminating tenancies, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure a timely and effective process.
  • Respond to customer complaints and feedback, effectively communicating progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with data, including inputting and updating databases.
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of high-quality housing or customer services.
  • Ability to extract and interrogate computerized information and documentation.
  • Experience in the use of Housing management systems, such as DocuSign, Abritias, Huume, Locata, or similar.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
