Housing Officer

Sanctuary Group is a leading social landlord providing around 70,000 homes across England. We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our team in Accommodation and Lettings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring administrative systems are managed effectively and efficiently to support the delivery of accurate and up-to-date waiting lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of a range of housing options to help customers maximise their search for suitable accommodation
- Administer the key management process for terminating tenancies by liaising with customers and internal teams
- Respond to complaints and customer feedback to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- Experience of working with data, including inputting and updating databases
- Experience of supporting the delivery of high-quality housing or customer services
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills
