As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our administrative systems are managed effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the provision of a range of housing options, advising customers on our allocations policy, and administering the key management process for terminating tenancies.

You will also be responsible for responding to customer complaints and feedback, effectively communicating progress and outcomes to the customer.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with data, including inputting and updating databases. You will also need to have experience of supporting the delivery of high-quality housing or customer services, as well as experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.

You will also need to have good communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills, as well as basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,878 per annum (rising to £26,187 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance), as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, and employee advice service including counselling.
