Accounting Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Coordinator to join our team at Resourcemgt. As an Accounting Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and close-out procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and reconciliations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.
Requirements:
- An associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- General knowledge of accounting concepts, principles, and technical skills; word processing, data management, information processing, written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with contract operating systems or accounting operating systems is favorable.
- A personable, problem-solving individual who is eager to learn and help team members, with attention to detail and accuracy, critical thinking, organization, customer focus, strong work ethic, flexibility, and dependability is ideal.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
