Main Responsibilities
Data Management
  • Ensure accurate data integrity across various platforms, including Mailchimp and Cargowise.
  • Generate reports for internal use as required.
Meeting and Event Support
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take minutes as needed.
  • Assist with event organisation, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Travel Coordination
  • Coordinate domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for senior leadership.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate company documentation and update corporate presentations.
  • Support tender documentation and liaise with the Key Accounts team.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence.
