Expected Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Details:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial systems and processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a group finance role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide the finance team.
