We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's team in Inverness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in accountancy and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of accountants to prepare and submit statutory accountsReview and approve work completed by junior staff membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsPrepare and submit VAT returnsInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies or errorsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar roleStrong leadership and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
