Retention Strategy Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Strategy Manager to join our team at TalkTalk. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic programmes to mitigate customer churn and leakage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-led strategies to reduce customer churn and improve customer retention
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Design and deploy innovative treatments to drive down churn and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead the development and execution of a new Loyalty Programme Pilot to meet pre-determined objectives
- Accountable for churn risk recovery activities, including identifying root causes and developing treatment plans
- Ownership of a centralised Risk & Governance tracker to ensure risk mitigation and ownership
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and Excel
- CRM/Customer Marketing related experience
