Retention Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Retention Strategy Manager. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic programs to mitigate customer churn and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Churn Mitigation Strategies
- Design and execute data-led programs to identify and address high-churn risk customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize treatment plans and improve return on investment
- Lead Loyalty Program Development
- Develop and implement a new loyalty program pilot to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Work with our marketing agency to design and deploy integrated tactics across various channels
- Manage Churn Risk Recovery Activities
- Identify root causes of churn and develop treatment plans to address them
- Collaborate with teams to implement recovery activities and track progress
- Own Centralized Risk and Governance Tracker
- Develop and maintain a centralized tracker to monitor and mitigate risk across the loyalty estate
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial Acumen
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and ability to apply them to drive business growth
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Ability to analyze large datasets and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results
- CRM and Customer Marketing Experience
- Previous experience in CRM and customer marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
