Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Institutional Distribution team in the EMEA region. As the Head of EMEA Institutional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our asset management business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development and relationship management strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to design and implement local strategy and tactical initiatives in alignment with global Distribution and company goals.
  • Represent the EMEA Distribution voice across the firm, both formally and informally.
  • Maintain a network of external contacts to collect and disseminate market intelligence within the region and the firm.
Requirements
  • Proven record of academic achievement, with CFA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, institutional and intermediaries' markets, and investment vehicles.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performance sales teams, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to perform all necessary responsibilities to ensure success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the strategic marketing and selling process.
  • Experience working successfully across departments and levels, with a proven ability to understand all aspects of sales and client service.
