In addition to the implementation of the strategy, you will work alongside the Chair of the Strategy Implementation Group, which brings together leaders from across the system to drive progress.
About the Role
You will need to have the ability to operate effectively at a strategic level, influencing key individuals and organisations, as well as having a sound understanding of how to translate complex programmes into clear, practical delivery plans.
You will be politically astute with sound appreciation of system governance and its complexities, and able to influence senior individuals and develop strong, trusting relationships at all levels.
Requirements
- Educated to RQF level 6 (degree level) or equivalent by experience
- Expert knowledge in mental health
- Ability to operate effectively at a strategic level
- Politically astute with sound appreciation of system governance
