Job Summary:

Calor Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the conversion of new leads into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and revenue.
  • Clearly understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with Calor Gas's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a professional sales environment, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
