About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Population Health Insights Lead to join our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the analysis and interpretation of complex health and care data to inform evidence-based decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and experience working with complex data sets. A STEM degree or equivalent experience is required, along with knowledge of research methods and design and high-level analytical skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in population health insights, working closely with the trust's leadership team to drive improvement and innovation in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the interpretation and presentation of health and care intelligence
  • Lead the establishment and development of excellent working relationships with health and care system partners
  • Deliver multiple complex health and care intelligence projects
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we also offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a positive and supportive work environment.
