About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Acute and Urgent Care Directorate at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with complex mental health needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake Responsible Clinician responsibilities, providing expert assessment, investigation, and management of treatment plans.
  • Work closely with Consultant Nurses to ensure effective discharge planning and care coordination.
  • Contribute to the supervision and support of higher trainees, promoting professional development and excellence in clinical practice.
