Advanced Practitioner Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to take on a key leadership role within our Acute Care at Home Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with the Acute Care at Home Consultants, Head of Operations, and Clinical Operational Managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in advanced clinical practice
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience in standardising advanced practice/advanced roles
- Knowledge of Health Education England's Multi-Professional Framework (2017)
Salary: £57,500 per annum. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
