Conveyancing Secretary with Audio Typing Skills

Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented conveyancing secretary to join our team at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing department.
">Responsibilities:
- Typing correspondence, including letters, legal documents, and quotes, with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming calls, responding promptly and professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Organize appointments, maintain client records, and ensure confidentiality.
- Work effectively with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to the conveyancing team.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to achieve team goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a conveyancing legal secretary.
- Excellent typing skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: £29,500 - £33,500 per annum, based on experience.
