Business Development Executive Leader

We are seeking a Sales Branch Manager to lead our Healthcare Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your business development expertise to drive growth and expansion of our brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging business development expertise to grow revenue and expand our client base.
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve targets and exceed KPIs.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a remote work option initially, transitioning into an office-based environment after six months.
