Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to join our team at Warner Scott Recruitment. As a key member of our M&A team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and success.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities for M&A advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for M&A advisory services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a client-centric mindset.
This role is based in Birmingham, with occasional travel required.
Estimated Salary:£90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
