Commercial Sales Manager

Responsibilities include leading the sales team to enhance lead qualification and management processes, recruiting and training internal consultants, analyzing existing processes and procedures, identifying marketing trends and opportunities, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with current partners while identifying new partners and channels.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in technical sales management, specifically selling into the construction, building merchant, home building, or similar industries. You should also have a proven track record of developing sales teams to effectively manage leads, excellent sales and customer service skills, confident phone manner, and proficiency in sales and CRM software, including Microsoft programs.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge, please get in touch.
