Your Role: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our dedicated team at Luton Airport. This role offers the opportunity to lead, motivate, and develop a team of parking professionals while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet service level agreements and financial targets.
  • Effectively manage and allocate staff resources to ensure optimal coverage and performance across all shifts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to supervisors, team leaders, and service delivery assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in managing teams within a customer-focused environment, preferably within the parking or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
