Service Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Delivery Assistant to join our team at Luton Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer vehicles, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safe and secure handling of customer vehicles, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Drive and care for customer vehicles, ensuring they are returned in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Monitor the car park and its activity, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and significant driving experience.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
