Consumer CRM Manager - Engagement Specialist

Houseful is a leading property technology company that's reimagining the industry for everyone. We're looking for a talented Consumer CRM Manager to join our fast-paced CRM team, which sits within the wider Zoopla marketing department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering the consumer CRM strategy to maximize consumer engagement, drive returns, and deliver high-value conversions from our marketable database. They will create best-in-class campaigns across email marketing and push notifications, working closely with the content and design teams to meet tight deadlines and adhere to the Zoopla brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM, digital, or marketing role, with excellent time management and organization skills. They will be able to develop strong working relationships, analyze and interpret results, and present back findings confidently. Basic HTML coding skills and proficiency in using technology are also essential.

As a Consumer CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end email and push notification process for our BAU CRM campaigns
  • Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adhere to the Zoopla brand guidelines
  • Developing strong working relationships with the content and design teams
  • Presenting back results and learnings confidently
