Job Description

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Procurement Compliance Lead to join our team and drive regulatory excellence.

This role involves leading the design and embedding of a commercial compliance framework across the function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in line with the SCCL Board's level of risk appetite.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the commercial elements of the business quality management system, monitoring & responding to changes in the external environment.
  2. Ensure the function complies with relevant laws and regulations in line with the SCCL Board's level of risk appetite, providing the standards for the function on processes and controls.
  3. Be the subject matter expert on Public Contract Regulations, horizon scanning for the organisation, and ensuring that the function operates to the highest standards.
  4. Support the drive and measure compliance of the standards for product assurance processes to be followed by the category management teams.
