Global Supply Chain Planner

This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager - Raw Materials and Packaging to join our dynamic team at Ferrero International S.A. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the procurement strategy for our Thorntons and Eat Natural brands. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with raw material and packaging buyers to drive maximum value, ensuring the right quality, at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.
You will create products that delight customers while ensuring smooth connections between our business and supply chain. You will support the development and execution of strategic sourcing for raw materials and packaging, ensuring alignment with both group and local sourcing strategies. This includes assisting in budget creation, financial forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives, providing accurate and timely updates on procurement costs.
You will help manage supplier performance, focusing on quality, timeliness, cost, and service, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate performance issues and track rejections and material concessions. In this role, you will take full responsibility for ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, DLA, and CSR standards, leading internal audits and resolving non-conformances. The estimated annual salary for this role is around £60,000-£80,000 based on industry standards.
