We are actively seeking a sales professional with expertise in social media and creator marketing. As our Head of Digital Sales, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue through our SaaS and content solutions. With the recent launch of Bazaarvoice Vibe, this is an exciting opportunity to take our integrated social, content, and creator solution to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Pipeline Development
    • Develop comprehensive growth plans for key customers and prospects, aiming to expand our reach and revenue, and proactively generate pipeline against these plans.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets specific to our social, content, and creator solutions.
    • Continuously refine sales strategies in response to market feedback and performance metrics.
  • Sales Support & Enablement
    • Provide specialized knowledge during sales pitches, demos, and client meetings, highlighting the advantages of our SaaS and content solutions.
    • Collaborate with core sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor presentations to potential clients' specific needs.
  • Market Insights & Feedback
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and competitive threats in social media and creator marketing, providing valuable insights to both sales and product teams.
    • Relay actionable feedback to inform adjustments in sales strategies or product enhancements.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges in social media and creator marketing.
    • Organize and lead client workshops showcasing the value proposition of our content and SaaS solutions.

As our ideal candidate, you bring 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focusing on social media or creator marketing. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with your ability to foster meaningful client relationships, make you an excellent fit for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
