Experienced SEND Teacher Required for Key Stages One and Two

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an Enhanced Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one.

**About the Role:**

The SEND Teacher will be responsible for delivering and coordinating the daily teaching, planning, assessment, and pastoral care for a small group of pupils with mild to moderate learning needs across Key Stages One and Two. You will work closely with the main school SENDCo and report to the Assistant Head, as well as liaise with local authorities and external agencies to support the varying learning and pastoral needs of the pupils.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
  • To provide a quality of teaching and learning provision so that all pupils make progress in line with the targets and recommendations of their Learning Plans or EHCPs.
  • To work closely with the main school SENDCo to monitor pupil social communication and overall development.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available at a later date.
