Key Requirements:- To have a strong understanding of SEN needs and be able to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual requirements.
- To possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- To be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the welfare and well-being of all pupils.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per year
