Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate - Tom Ford

Key Responsibilities

As a Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. You will contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period, support colleagues, and work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Tasks

  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and following replenishment processes
  • Stay up-to-date on company/store information through Workplace, team briefs, or other forums
