Role Overview

As a Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate with Tom Ford at Harrods, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets during the peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to store and company standards for retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
