Christmas Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures for receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and replenishment

Requirements:
