About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tom Ford during the peak holiday season. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets during the peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
